As autumn battles winter, we turn to the forest, the open lands and the hunt. Join us for an evening with game and stories, when our dear friend Bjørn brings hoofed game to the table. Bjørn is a seasoned hunter, and regulates game from the far north of Scandinavia to the open fields not far from our city. We will join him creating side dishes befitting these magnificent animals.

The wine bar will dig deep in the cellar and create a wine list from the archive .. to be published stay tuned.

Community eating
Is our latest addition to Selskab. A social dinner created to withstand the darker months of the year or just an excellent excuse to go out and meet people. Acting as an eatery, we serve a 2 or more dishes as sharing dishes or whatever the evenings theme dictates, with options of add ons on the evening.

Bjørn the hunter is bringing a fine selection of game – roe deer, fallow deer, and crown deer. We’ll be sharing a range of dishes featuring different cuts and the best of the autumn harvest.

• Meatballs with juniper
• Root compote
• Crispy kale with walnuts
• Hunter’s stew with lingonberries
• Jerusalem artichokes and mushrooms
• Rosa roasted fillet
• Our sourdough bread with whipped butter

Optional dessert:
• Chocolate parfait with plums, malt, and miso caramel or Blue Cheese

Table plan
There is no plan, but you will be seated at long tables or round tables. Your group will be seated together with plenty of options to meet new friends, share a bottle or engage in fruitful conversations.

Allergies:
As in spirit the meal are served for sharing and joy, and we can therefore not prepare individual servings. However, please let us know in advance and we will do our best on the night and of course provide guidance.

Reservations:
Via the reservationlink in the navigation menu. Reservations will close at 15:30 on the day. You are of course welcome to call us if you feel spontaneous.

Payment:
Is done on the night, however we do reserve 325 per guest on your credit card, when confirming the booking. We will not hold or deduct any money from your card when you book the table.

We understand that life presents unforeseen circumstances. Please let us know as soon as possible and latest 8 hours before reservation time if you or someone in your group cannot make it. This is so others might have the opportunity to dine with and not cause us unnecessary losses. In case of late cancellation or “no show” we can choose deduct the amount from your credit card.
