Vine markeret 'vs10' befinder sig i vores kælder lidt længere nede af gaden og kræver et par minutters ekstra opmærksomhed før servering. 

Vi serverer også vinmenu, nogen forberedte andre spontane og tilpasset se nedenfor.

We do wine pairings, always planned but with a tendency to be spontaneous as well as adaptable. Whether it will be for lunch, our Japanese lunch or the set menu in the evening.

You can certainly opt for fewer glasses or dive into the evening selections of necessities from our cellar.

The wines chosen are always pure at heart, some for advanced usage others perfect for supporting the conversation. We will guide you through the evening and align expectations.

Both for evening use but especially for our Japanese lunch on Saturdays, we select Sake from wondrous brewers, brew tea and find a Champagne, rarely offered by the glass.

A SENSIBLE BEGINNING

We love our Bitters - Amaros, Vermouths or Vermut. Anything based on wine, sunshine, craft and botanicals from a bygone era.

SUPER CATTIVO · SERVED WITH TONIC 105

A merger between wine from Franz Weninger in Mittelburgenland and fruits from Italy. Add a bunch of eccentric fellows from Berlin and voila you have a perfect bitter aperitif. Enjoy it with tonic or soda, served on the rocks with a twist.

YUNTAKO, JAPAN95

An Amaro, made with italian inspiration and Japanese craft. Infused with Goya, also known as bitter melon, Sichuan pepper, ginger, sour cherry blossoms and Jasmine tea.

VERMOUTH · VERMUT

Go with a selection from Piemontes finest or dip into the sweeter tradition of Catalonia. Exceptional with our olives and daydreaming. Served neat on the rocks with a twist :
